Students have five working days to pay the invoice once they have requested a place. If payment isn't made in this time then the booking is automatically cancelled and re-advertised.

One week, two week and five week courses will be invoiced in two payments. A deposit invoice for 25% will be issued when a place is requested and the place is confirmed when it has been paid. Again, students have five working days to settle this invoice before the place is cancelled and is automatically re-advertised.

A balance invoice is due shortly before the course runs. All invoices must be settled before the course starts.

If you would like to book a place on one of our courses please send an email with the following information.

2) An address for your invoice.

It looks like Covid 19 will be with us for some time and so its worth looking at how it effects the courses and what students need to know before booking.

We will at all times follow government guide lines and all courses will run with social distancing measures in place.

If a course is cancelled due to Covid 19, refunds for used parts of the course will be made on a pro rata basis, up to and including the full cost of the course.

Students must make their own insurance arrangements to cover any other out of pocket expenses resulting from a cancellation ie travel costs or accommodation as these cannot be refunded.
